At TheLeadHub we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we trust you are pleased with the service you received, we do not offer any refund under normal conditions. We only offer a conditional refund if you face quality issues with the services.

Quality Issue Reporting

If you find any issue or discrepancy in the quality of our services, please report it to us within 48 hours of service delivery. Once your query is received, our Quality Assurance department will review the matter and get back to you promptly.

After evaluation, we may offer a service revision or adjustment in case of any major concern identified.

All quality disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the original service delivery date to be eligible for review.

Non-Eligible Services

The following services are not eligible for a refund or chargeback under any circumstances:

Services that have been customized to your agency's specific requirements
Services that were provided at a discounted rate or under a promotional offer

By accepting a discount or requesting a customized lead campaign, you acknowledge and agree that these services fall outside the scope of our refund eligibility.
